Oktay İnşaat has an important place in Turkey, particularly in the Çukurova Region as the contractor of prestigious structures and projects since 1963.
Our company uses its vast experience across diverse areas of the construction sector and maintains the same superior approach throughout different locations in Turkey with the core aim of improving the quality of life and environmental conditions.
Oktay İnşaat continues to construct both human oriented environments and social and eco-friendly structures through combining its years of experience, improved construction technologies, reliable and high quality technical understanding and the ability to create projects by assessing real estate procurement demands received not only in Turkey, but through a global market evaluation.
1963 yılında Bülent Celal OKTAY tarafından kurulan Oktay İnşaat, Türkiye’nin o günlerde gelişmekte olan yeni yüzünde yerini alarak özellikle Çukurova Bölgesi’nde faaliyetlere başlamıştır.
In the light of developing and restructuring of the state, the company undertook construction projects with different scales aiming to fulfill public investment requirements between 1963-1969.
Our company started housing construction in 1969 as an immediate response to the housing deficit in the country at the time, and arrived today by undertaking both residential and commercial projects. Particularly after 1987, Oktay İnşaat undertook large scale housing projects and it continues to carry out its construction activities following the participation of Levent OKTAY in 1988.
